Scott and Mike from Second Sunrise were helpful from start to finish. They were always available to answer any questions that would come up along the way. From the moment we spoke with Jon Weiner we felt we had the right company. This guy works all the time, calls on weekend to make sure everything was going smoothly. With Second Sunrise pretty much everything was done for us except the e-signatures. Yani Lantigua came on board to be the single point contact keeping us apprised of everything that was going on with the project, we never had to wonder where we were in the process. The roofing guy came out on the worst weather possible, heavy snow, single digit temperatures and high winds. They powered through seven straight hours until the work was done, it came out looking fantastic. The following week the solar panel guys and Electricians (Mike and Brian) arrived to much the same weather -4 windchill. They were out there working for 9 hours nonstop. Kudos to them all! A few days later the inspectors came over and couldn't say enough great things about the job especial the electric work. Amanda Caiola kept us in the loop on the utility companies process and explained how the they turn on the system and what the next steps were. Yani helped us with the system app and how to use it. All and all this was a great experience, I highly recommend this family run company to anyone looking into solar and reducing their power bills to almost nothing. Can't say enough good! My wife and I are very happy with our choice to go Solar with Second Sunrise Solar. Mike, our salesman was super informative and the whole process was pretty seamless from start to finish.  It did take several months but man are we glad we did because our bill with Central Hudson for the month of January was $730.00 on our newly purchased home from September of 24. I was sceptical in the beginning but when we started contributing to the grid late February the system started generating x2, x3, x4 the kilowatts we were using per day with our panels.
